Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Benefits to oversee and enhance its benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a benefits strategy for both exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Analyze benefit plan utilization and coordinate annual renewal processes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit vendors and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience managing benefits programs for diverse employee populations
  • Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations (e.g., ACA, FMLA, COBRA, ERISA)
  • Experience with ADP and benefits administration platforms
  • Advanced experience with Excel and Google Sheets
