Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Benefits to oversee and enhance its benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a benefits strategy for both exempt and non-exempt employees
- Analyze benefit plan utilization and coordinate annual renewal processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit vendors and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience managing benefits programs for diverse employee populations
- Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations (e.g., ACA, FMLA, COBRA, ERISA)
- Experience with ADP and benefits administration platforms
- Advanced experience with Excel and Google Sheets
