Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Principal (remote) to oversee the administration of employee benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor relationships for health & welfare and retirement savings programs
  • Lead the implementation of new vendors and benefit plans, including project management and compliance
  • Supervise a team of benefits professionals and resolve complex employee claim and eligibility issues

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of benefits experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources (benefits preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of benefits laws and regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, etc.)
  • Experience with vendor implementations and changes
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivots and VLOOKUPs
