Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Principal (remote) to oversee the administration of employee benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships for health & welfare and retirement savings programs
- Lead the implementation of new vendors and benefit plans, including project management and compliance
- Supervise a team of benefits professionals and resolve complex employee claim and eligibility issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of benefits experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources (benefits preferred)
- Solid knowledge of benefits laws and regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, etc.)
- Experience with vendor implementations and changes
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivots and VLOOKUPs
