Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to support employees through comprehensive benefits programs and people operations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain global employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries and manage relationships with benefits providers
  • Support the annual open enrollment process and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes


Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR role
  • Experience with HRIS systems and benefits platforms
  • Familiarity with employment compliance and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience maintaining and protecting confidential data
