Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to support employees through comprehensive benefits programs and people operations initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain global employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans
- Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries and manage relationships with benefits providers
- Support the annual open enrollment process and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR role
- Experience with HRIS systems and benefits platforms
- Familiarity with employment compliance and regulations
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience maintaining and protecting confidential data
