Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, medical billing, or benefits verification
• Prior medical and/or pharmacy benefits verification experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
