Bilingual Access Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Access Counselor (Remote) - Bilingual Spanish Speaking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field inbound communications from prospective and established patients to drive engagement
• Educate patients about available services and assist with scheduling appointments
• Maintain patient confidentiality while managing inquiries and resolving issues

Required Qualifications:

• 1 - 3+ years in a patient-facing role in a healthcare setting, preferably in a call center
• Experience with patient accounts in a healthcare environment
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and Google applications
