Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Account Coordinator, Fraud & Disputes Inbound (Spanish).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls from cardholders regarding suspected fraud
  • Assist cardholders in disputing transactions and resolving fraud cases
  • Maintain accurate records of fraud cases and ensure compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in a professional role
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
