Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Account Coordinator, Fraud & Disputes Inbound (Spanish).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from cardholders regarding suspected fraud
- Assist cardholders in disputing transactions and resolving fraud cases
- Maintain accurate records of fraud cases and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of relevant experience in a professional role
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
