Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Thai and English languages
- Experience with customer support via ticket, chat, or phone
- Availability for flexible schedules and work-from-home
- Ability to use Windows 10 or above on a dedicated computer
- Willingness to install security software and 2FA app on phone
