Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Business Coordinator to support back office processes and ensure compliance with policies and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicates with Sellers and Project Managers regarding contracts and resource assignments
- Sets up projects for accurate revenue recognition and ensures compliance with internal controls
- Acts as the subject matter expert for project setup and revenue recognition processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in project accounting within a service industry is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and Salesforce is a plus
