Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Bilingual English/Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues over the phone
  • Process patient credit card payments to settle outstanding self-pay balances
  • Utilize GE and Epic workflow systems for account analysis and management

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in Hospital/Facility or Physician billing
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
  • Experience with GE Centricity or EPIC PB preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office
