  • Independently assess and address trust and safety concerns via phone and email
  • Act as a consultant to agents and leadership on escalated sensitive concerns
  • Interpret complex legal documents and manage sensitive data in compliance with standards

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Trust and Safety, Law Enforcement, Compliance, or related fields
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written Spanish
  • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
