Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diabetes education support to improve patient adherence and health outcomes
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to promote behavior change among patients
- Consistently meet call metrics and quality requirements while working independently
Required Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
- Fluency in Spanish
- Proven experience with motivational interviewing
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Flexible schedule with a commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week
