Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Collections Associate (Spanish/Portuguese).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service regarding collection issues in a high-traffic call center
- Resolve client discrepancies and handle primarily Spanish-speaking inquiries
- Meet defined department goals and activity metrics while performing daily/weekly reporting
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 6 months of Collections experience or 1 year of related customer service experience
- Demonstrated historical career stability
- Willingness to travel domestically for training and team-building initiatives
