Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform necessary follow-up with members and/or providers
  • Ensure timely responses to inquiries to meet service and quality standards
  • Work under supervision within established policies and guidelines

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish without limitations
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
