Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform necessary follow-up with members and/or providers
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries to meet service and quality standards
- Work under supervision within established policies and guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in a call center environment
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish without limitations
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
- Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
