Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Surge Team Customer Care Specialist to assist individuals affected by natural disasters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls in a bilingual queue to assist those in immediate need
  • Research information in databases to resolve customer issues
  • Demonstrate empathy and compassion while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Required Qualifications and Education
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL SPEAKING FLUENT ENGLISH AND SPANISH
  • Reside and legally able to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Ability to respond within 1-2 hours of notification
  • Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week during peak call times
