Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Surge Team Customer Care Specialist to assist individuals affected by natural disasters.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls in a bilingual queue to assist those in immediate need
- Research information in databases to resolve customer issues
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Required Qualifications and Education
- MUST BE BILINGUAL SPEAKING FLUENT ENGLISH AND SPANISH
- Reside and legally able to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to respond within 1-2 hours of notification
- Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week during peak call times
