Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service in a high-traffic call center environment
  • Resolve client discrepancies and escalate issues as necessary
  • Meet department goals and conduct daily/weekly reporting to supervisors

Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of related customer service experience
  • Demonstrated historical career stability
  • Willingness to travel domestically for training and team-building
