Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer high volume calls regarding patient billing and payment inquiries
  • Process adjustments, refunds, and resolve complex billing issues
  • Maintain compliance with all regulations and provide support to team members

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • 2+ years of customer service or healthcare-related experience
  • Familiarity with computer applications and ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during designated business hours
