Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer high volume calls regarding patient billing and payment inquiries
- Process adjustments, refunds, and resolve complex billing issues
- Maintain compliance with all regulations and provide support to team members
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- 2+ years of customer service or healthcare-related experience
- Familiarity with computer applications and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during designated business hours
