Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I who is bilingual in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volume inbound customer and candidate calls, emails, and ticket inquiries
- Assist clients with training and navigation of the proprietary data management system
- Resolve client issues and escalate urgent matters as necessary to ensure high-quality service
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) is required
- 1 year of call center or retail customer service experience preferred
- Experience with data entry and documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
