Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service by responding to incoming and managing outbound calls
  • Update policy information and maintain accurate records in the call center database
  • Stay informed on product and process changes to ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Solid PC and technological skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Scheduled hours may range from 8am-8pm Eastern daily
  • Previous call center experience is a plus
