- Stay informed on product and process changes to ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Solid PC and technological skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability and willingness to learn
- Scheduled hours may range from 8am-8pm Eastern daily
- Previous call center experience is a plus
