Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Bilingual - Seasonal (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls addressing customer inquiries and complaints in a Financial/Bank Services environment
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while resolving service problems and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide solutions to customer concerns through various communication channels and escalate issues to the Operations Supervisor as needed
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- High school education completed
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Ability to handle escalated situations and disputes
- Availability to work Full-Time with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
