Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Bilingual - Seasonal (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers' inquiries and complaints in a Financial/Bank Services environment
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while resolving customer service problems and ensuring satisfaction
• Address customer concerns through various communication channels and escalate complaints to the Operations Supervisor when necessary

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO experience
• High school education completed
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Ability to handle escalated situations and disputes
• Available to work Full-Time with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
