Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide first-class customer service and support to shareholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and make outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries
  • Research account information and notate accounts accurately
  • Navigate systems while engaging with customers on calls

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a call center agent
  • Able to work a 10:30am - 7pm EST shift
  • Experience in the finance industry preferred
