Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide first-class customer service and support to shareholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and make outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries
- Research account information and notate accounts accurately
- Navigate systems while engaging with customers on calls
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish
- Minimum 1 year experience as a call center agent
- Able to work a 10:30am - 7pm EST shift
- Experience in the finance industry preferred
