Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) to provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels, while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers, ensuring effective communication and support
  • Perform administrative tasks within core systems, including managing service requests and maintaining product knowledge
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages
  • Ability to utilize G-Suite applications effectively
  • Demonstrated passion for providing exceptional customer service and support
