Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time remote or hybrid role, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring adherence to quality and service standards
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers while performing administrative functions within core systems
- Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively address customer needs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
