Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time, remote or hybrid capacity, managing inquiries via phone, chat, and email while maintaining professional relationships and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries accurately and professionally across multiple channels
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing time effectively to meet service standards
  • Perform administrative tasks within core systems, including password resets and service requests, while ensuring compliance with company policies
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
  • Ability to adapt to change positively and manage multiple tasks efficiently
