Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the ideal candidate will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring accurate and timely service
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing administrative tasks within core systems
  • Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and support requests
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center or multi-channel environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while providing superior customer service
  • Familiarity with G-Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Sheets
