Job Summary

Providing exceptional after-hours support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will assist internal and external customers through various communication channels while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
  • Perform administrative tasks within core systems, including password resets and service requests
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers and co-workers to facilitate support requests
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
