Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively respond to product/service inquiries via telephone, email, or fax
- Accurately place and process orders according to guidelines
- Follow up on outbound calls, assigned cases, and unresolved customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (EST)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection at home (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- High School Diploma or equivalent customer service experience
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
