Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Help Desk Support professional to provide technical assistance in Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 remote technical support for hardware and software issues
- Document incidents in the Incident Management System and track resolutions
- Assist with electronic setup for new or merged office locations as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- A reliable internet connection (DSL or faster)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- A 2-year technical school degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Related technical certifications (preferred)
