Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Help Desk Support professional to provide technical assistance in Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 remote technical support for hardware and software issues
  • Document incidents in the Incident Management System and track resolutions
  • Assist with electronic setup for new or merged office locations as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bilingual in Spanish (required)
  • A reliable internet connection (DSL or faster)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • A 2-year technical school degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • Related technical certifications (preferred)
