Bilingual Inside Sales Support

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Support Representative- Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders for diagnostic products and supplies through various channels
• Establish credibility with domestic veterinary customers and recommend additional products and services
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and interactions using Salesforce.com

Required Qualifications

• Sales, customer service, and/or customer-facing experience
• Understanding of the veterinary diagnostic market and healthcare or scientific industry experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a business or scientific discipline is a plus
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
