Bilingual Mortgage Processor

Job Summary

Processing mortgage loans from approved status through closing, the full-time Remote Bilingual Mortgage Processor will maintain communication with borrowers, loan originators, and underwriters while managing an active pipeline of approximately 25 to 30 loans.

Key responsibilities

• Enter new loan data into the loan origination system and prepare required initial disclosures
• Maintain communication with all parties involved in the loan process and monitor incoming documentation for accurate file tracking
• Collect documentation to clear underwriting conditions and coordinate with the Closing Department to deliver complete files before scheduled closings

Required qualifications

• Mortgage processing experience with files from approved status through closing
• Experience with Conventional, Bond, FHA, Non-QM, and VA loans
• Proficiency in Encompass
• Spanish-speaking ability for day-to-day communication
• High school diploma or equivalent with the ability to work East Coast hours
