Job Summary

Supporting families using the Waterford Upstart program, the full-time hourly Bilingual Program Coach will provide personalized educational guidance and resources remotely, focusing on children's academic progress and social-emotional well-being.

Key responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with diverse families by offering academic and emotional support to enhance children's learning
• Guide families to available resources and provide personalized support through various communication channels, including text, email, and virtual sessions
• Manage a wide range of tasks to support families nationwide, including answering questions and encouraging engagement with educational software

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, family studies, social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience in early education, social work, or a related field
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Independent and proactive problem solver, especially in a remote work environment
