Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Recovery Associate - Remote (Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to ensure compliance and retention
- Follow up on payment plans, settlements, and promise to pays in a timely manner
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet department goals and KPIs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
