Bilingual Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a bilingual call center representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries regarding insurance products and services
• Set up new claim reports for customers involved in accidents while demonstrating empathy
• Provide support for policy needs, including coverage questions and billing issues

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
• Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with training provided for unlicensed candidates
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Ability to work evening hours and weekends after training
• Designated workspace free from noise and distractions, with high-speed internet access
