Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior Customer Service Representative for a national remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of calls from patients regarding billing inquiries and concerns
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while processing adjustments and refunds
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a medical office or call center
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new technologies
- Ability to work flexible hours between 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST
