Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior Customer Service Representative for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer a high volume of calls from patients regarding billing inquiries and concerns
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while processing adjustments and refunds

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a medical office or call center
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new technologies
  • Ability to work flexible hours between 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST
