Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer moderately complex questions and provide support for hardware, software, and applications
- Escalate complex problems to resolver teams or vendors as needed
- Support L1 agents with day-to-day questions related to client incidents and requests
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- May require technical certification or Associate Degree
- Generally, 1-2 years of experience in the area of responsibility
- MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH
- Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government may be necessary
