Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to product/service inquiries via telephone, email, or fax
  • Accurately place and process customer orders
  • Follow up on outbound calls, assigned cases, and unresolved inquiries

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (EST)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 10 Mbps)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent customer service experience
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
