Job Summary
A company is looking for a bilingual Technical Support Analyst responsible for providing remote customer service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair systems, hardware, and peripherals
- Open service requests in a ticketing system for tracking and escalation
- Support and maintain user account information, including rights and security
Required Qualifications and Education:
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in engineering or technology-related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in French
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS (NT/XP/7/8)
- Experience with desktop and peripheral troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ticketing or service desk software applications
