Job Summary

A company is looking for a bilingual Technical Support Analyst responsible for providing remote customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair systems, hardware, and peripherals
  • Open service requests in a ticketing system for tracking and escalation
  • Support and maintain user account information, including rights and security

Required Qualifications and Education:
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree in engineering or technology-related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in French
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS (NT/XP/7/8)
  • Experience with desktop and peripheral troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ticketing or service desk software applications
