Job Summary
Providing support to both English and Spanish-speaking customers, the full-time Bilingual Technical Support Representative will handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests, offering training and troubleshooting assistance while documenting interactions remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide needed assistance to customers
- Offer training and troubleshooting support to resolve customer issues
- Document all interactions in the Call Center database and escalate issues as necessary
Required qualifications
- High School diploma; Associate Degree in Information or Computer Science preferred
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Previous call center experience is a plus
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and database management
- Ability to adapt communication style to meet customer needs
