Job Summary

Providing support to both English and Spanish-speaking customers, the full-time Bilingual Technical Support Representative will handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests, offering training and troubleshooting assistance while documenting interactions remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and provide needed assistance to customers
  • Offer training and troubleshooting support to resolve customer issues
  • Document all interactions in the Call Center database and escalate issues as necessary
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma; Associate Degree in Information or Computer Science preferred
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Previous call center experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and database management
  • Ability to adapt communication style to meet customer needs
