Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PHS Billing Analyst to monitor and process various billing transactions and ensure accurate premium processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and process billing-related transactions, ensuring data accuracy
• Perform research for reconciliations and create monthly bills for alternately billed groups
• Audit billing information for accuracy and collaborate on system and process improvements

Required Qualifications and Education:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting or complex financial experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
• Intermediate systems knowledge including Group Access, GroupFacts, and Lawson
• Intermediate Excel and Word skills
• 2+ years of customer service experience
