Billing Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Billing Analyst - Accounts Receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and accurate handling of billing cycles
- Apply payments to customer accounts and reconcile against bank details
- Analyze inquiries from customers and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of relevant billing experience
- Experience with ERP systems and billing platforms (NetSuite/JIRA/SAP preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, particularly Excel and Word
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
