A company is looking for a Subsidiary Billing Specialist - Medical Records Outreach to join their Revenue Cycle Management Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high volume medical records requests and phone inquiries
• Collaborate with clinicians and insurance providers to secure coverage and reimbursement
• Participate in projects to improve processes and workflows

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in health insurance billing or medical record requests
• Ability to handle multiple systems and tasks independently
• Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) preferred
• Familiarity with Xifin or CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
