Job Summary
A company is looking for a Billing Success Manager (B2B SaaS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Train billing teams on best practices and assist in their transition to the Prompt platform
- Provide ongoing support and solutions to customer inquiries via a help desk platform
- Develop workflows tailored to unique team needs within the EMR/PM system
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the medical billing industry
- Experience billing for outpatient physical therapy clinics
- Strong technical skills with various software platforms
- Highly proficient in MS Excel
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and take on greater responsibilities
