Billing Support Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Support Associate (Remote) with home health or hospice experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer billing and accounts receivable questions related to the Home Health and Hospice solution
• Diagnose and resolve customer billing issues through various communication channels
• Document new issues and resolutions to enhance the knowledge base

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, healthcare technology, or a relevant field strongly preferred
• Home health or hospice billing and accounts receivable experience is required
• Strong desktop and internet skills
• Experience with home health & hospice software products is preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
