Job Summary
A company is looking for a BisTrack Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support their ERP needs in the lumber manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for BisTrack-related queries and provide hands-on support for configuration and troubleshooting
- Lead or assist in BisTrack system implementations, upgrades, and optimizations while ensuring data integrity
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for BisTrack processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with BisTrack ERP, preferably in a manufacturing or lumber industry environment
- Strong understanding of lumber production processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations
- Experience in system configuration, support, and troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- In-depth knowledge of BisTrack modules such as Inventory, Sales Order Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing
