A company is looking for a BMC Remedy Helix Developer to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy software and integrated interfaces
Coordinate customer onboarding and manage project requirements and documentation
Participate in sprint planning and maintain system integrity through change management processes

Required Qualifications

BS degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience as a BMC Remedy/Helix developer
Expertise in BMC Remedy version 20.x or higher and ITIL methodologies
Experience with ITSM applications and customizing ARS workflows
Security+ certification required within 3 months of start
