Job Summary
A company is looking for a BMC Remedy Helix Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy software and integrated interfaces
- Coordinate customer onboarding and manage project requirements and documentation
- Participate in sprint planning and maintain system integrity through configuration control practices
Required Qualifications
- BS degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience with BMC Remedy/Helix development
- Experience with BMC Remedy version 20.x or higher and ITIL methodologies
- BMC Accredited Administrator or Remedy/Helix Developer Studio experience
- Security+ certification required within 3 months of start
