BOLI Sales Support Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a BOLI Sales Support Specialist to support the Sales Support team in modeling benefit and bank-owned life insurance proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, design, review, and analysis of BOLI proposals
- Collaborate with Sales Teams and Client Relationship Managers to ensure plan accuracy and compliance
- Perform data analysis and project coordination for the Sales Team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, or Finance preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Life and health license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Three to five years of experience in a similar occupation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial modeling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Salesforce or similar CRM
