Job Summary
A company is looking for a BPO Program Manager to implement business initiatives and drive efficiency with third-party BPO partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Customer Success team and BPO leadership to manage the program budget
- Analyze data to identify trends and work collaboratively on staffing forecasts
- Implement change management and compliance of success metrics for the program
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of proven BPO process management experience
- Experience in a call center or remote service/support environment
- Familiarity with sales and service KPI metrics (SLA, AHT, CSAT, etc.)
- Experience working with a BPO or hybrid team
- Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to new platforms
