Job Summary

A company is looking for a BPO Program Manager to implement business initiatives and drive efficiency with third-party BPO partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Customer Success team and BPO leadership to manage the program budget
  • Analyze data to identify trends and work collaboratively on staffing forecasts
  • Implement change management and compliance of success metrics for the program

Required Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of proven BPO process management experience
  • Experience in a call center or remote service/support environment
  • Familiarity with sales and service KPI metrics (SLA, AHT, CSAT, etc.)
  • Experience working with a BPO or hybrid team
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to new platforms
