Job Summary
A company is looking for a Broker Manager, Medicare Market Growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive individual Medicare attribution growth in partnership with broker agencies and advisors
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to develop and execute market-level growth strategies
- Support Medicare Advantage attribution growth through marketing campaigns and local market execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
- 3+ years in direct sales in health insurance or healthcare provider space
- Experience in high-performance, accountable cultures and team development
- Ability to inspire and motivate broker agency-advisors and clinic team members
- Strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity
