Building Management Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Corporate Building Management Systems Engineer will manage the functionality, reporting, and maintenance of building management systems, while advising on system risks and operational impacts.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter authority for BMS controls architecture, advising on integration strategy and modernization opportunities
- Establish and monitor compliance with enterprise BMS standards, including naming conventions and integration requirements
- Develop business cases for BMS enhancements and create standardized reporting and dashboards for visibility across teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in enterprise monitoring and controls
- 3+ years of experience supporting building controls operations or related technologies
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and contractors for controls operations
- In-depth knowledge of building automation systems and monitoring platforms
- Certified Automation Professional-ISA preferred upon hire
